I went out with a friend late on Tuesday night to see if we could see some Geminid meteors.
The cloud cover was too much to see all of the flashes, but we did see about a dozen streaks through the sky.
Unfortunately none of them happened while I had my camera shutter open (30 second and 15 second exposures).
But the sky, stars and clouds were beautiful nonetheless.
As cold as a winter night is, the stars are so clear and so bright. It’s worth bundling up to have a look.
