Fall Cow Field

I drove out to visit a friend in the country earlier this week.

The hills around here are interesting any time of year. But when fall hits and the trees and grasses start to take on different hues and tones, the complexity in the shape of the land gets clearer.

And when fall storm clouds roll over, the scene can get very dramatic.

I do love living in this part of the world. The constant changes in the landscape mean that I can drive the same roads over and over and never feel like I’m looking at the same view twice.
