Spring Comes Slowly

image of crocus bud with drops of rainI’ve been busy for the last couple of weeks, so I haven’t had a chance to post. But I was able to get out and enjoy some spring air this week, so I’m posting quite a few shots to make up for lost posts.

image of open crocus flowerThese are the first crocuses to bloom in my garden. They’re opening at just about the same time as last year.

image of fast moving water in jackson's creekThere’s been a fair amount of rain recently, too. So the water levels in Jackson Creek have been high and flowing fast.
