Pffuit! (Dianne Gougeon)

This month Artspace is hosting Dianne Gougeon’s “Pffuit!” Exhibition. I went in to do some photos of the installation process and opening. It was a lot of fun watching people interact with the balloons high overhead.

That’s Dianne, far left, and Coen running through the weighted strings that tether the balloons.

Over the course of the month the balloons will slowly sink to the floor.

This photo is from about four days after the opening.

If you’re in Peterborough, stop by and check out the exhibition to see how far the balloons have fallen.

Meanwhile, weatherwise, we had a crazy windy day earlier in the week. It’s hard to capture wind in a still photo, but the clouds were certainly dramatic.
